It is imperative that the Federal government declare Antifa a terrorist organization. Once that's in place, special forces can take them out....and I don't mean dinner.
what I don't understand is why the "government" forces don't flank the antifa goons, come from behind, and just start "collecting" rioters. If you come to a "protest" dressed in black, masked, perhaps with armor vests, shin guards, helmets, you aren't there to "peacefully protest" and should be "removed" swiftly, and for a long time.
I for one would endorse making Antifa and BLM terrorist organizations, but that cannot be done legally. What can be done is to charge everyone arrested with a criminal act - they must have been arrested for something. If we could find proof of planning or incitement conspiracy could be charged. If we found that all the BLM or Antifa groups received their orders from a central location, we could charge under RICO. With court permission, all these groups could be surveilled.
What I'm saying is that, yes, Trump should do what he can in a case where the locals are not controlling the assault on federal LEOs or property. These other things can be done in addition to quelling the riots, they can serve as the gauntlet, laid down to tell the rioters the gloves are off. FAFO!
I agree! Portland has been my home for over 70 years. I've watched it degerate from the cleanest, friendliest and safest city in America to one of the worst. Ever since the Democrats took over, we've had trouble. I firmly believe that honest and fair elections would result in Oregon being a Red state again.
If the governors and majors were strong in their decisions with their States President Trump wouldn’t have to send military anywhere!! Too bad they need to be sent ASAP!!
