Trust me when crap hits the fan cops will not be your friend, they will be like Hitlers brown shirts and will do as their masters tell them. They can't be trusted.
If we memorize key sections of the U.S. Constitution & a few Supreme Court decisions, we have them with us always.
U.S. Constitution - Amendment I
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, nor prohibiting the free exercise thereof; nor abridging (taking out any part of it) the freedom of speech, or of the press (an individual right, not of a special class of 'journalists', nor media corporations); or of the right of the people peaceably to assemble; or to petition (not just a list of signatures) the Government for a redress of grievances."
redress - relief; remedy
-Black's Law Dictionary, 7th Edition
The S.C.U.S. has ruled that "freedom of expression" includes holding flags and is protected by the 1st Amendment.
- Article VI, Clause 2 & 3
"This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in PURSUANCE thereof; and Treaties made, or which shall be made UNDER (not above nor beyond) the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land;
and the Judges in every State shall be BOUND thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary not withstanding."
"The Senators & Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United State & of the several States, shall be BOUND by Oath or Affirmation to support this Constitution;
but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States."
The keystone S.C. case: Marbury vs. Madison
"The particular phraseology of the Constitution supports & strengthens the principle... that a law repugnant to the Constitution is void, and that courts, as well as other departments, are BOUND by that instrument."
The 50 State & our federation Constitutions are 'legal instruments'. When anyone accepts a position in government, they become bound to service to We the People. Voluntary servitude was not eliminated by the 13th Amendment.
S.C.U.S. - Colten vs. Commonwealth of Ky.
"He was, however, speaking to a representative of government, the police (applies to anyone in a gov position). And it is to government that one goes 'for a redress of grievances,' to use an almost forgotten phrase of the First Amendment. But it is said that the purpose (of the man's speech) was 'to cause inconvenience and annoyance.' SINCE WHEN HAVE WE AMERICANS BEEN EXPECTED TO BOW SUBMISSIVELY TO AUTHORITY and SPEAK WITH AWE AND REVERENCE TO THOSE WHO REPRESENT US? The Constitutional theory is that WE THE PEOPLE ARE THE SOVEREIGNS, the STATE AND FEDERAL OFFICIALS ONLY OUR AGENTS. We who have the final word can speak softly or angrily. We can seek to challenge & annoy, as we need not stay docile quiet. The situation might have indicated that Colten's techniques were ill suited to the mission he was on, that diplomacy would have been more effective. But at the Constitutional level speech need not be a sedative; it can be disruptive."
"As we (the Supreme Court) said in Terminiello v. Chicago,
'(A) function of free speech under our system of government is to invite dispute. It may indeed best serve its high purpose when it induces a condition of unrest, creates dissatisfaction with conditions as they are, or even stirs people to anger. Speech is often provocative & challenging It may strike at prejudices & preconceptions and have profound unsettling effects as it presses for acceptance of an idea.' "
U.S. Const. Amend XIV
"No State (or subdivision thereof) shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunites of citizens of the U.S.; nor deprive any person of life, liberty, or property (all rights are 'property' in law) without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
It is the right of every citizen to speak to the councils, legislatures, etc. "for a redress of grievances".
Let's respectfully remind all our public servants that they "are only our agents". They work for us, and have only the authority We the People delegated to them. - U.S. Const. Amend X
The police always protect the wealthiest, they would do anything told to do to protect their pension and donuts, same as almost most Americans. Balls are in and always has been in short supply.
People of New Jersey - How to hold your public servants accountable:
Our representatives in government cannot do whatever they want, once we elect them; or they are appointed or hired. Just as a corporate representative is accountable to that company, our representatives are accountable to the people- and not only on Election Day.
Notifying an official - elected appointed, or hired - of their duties under the Constitutions of NJ and the USA, and applicable law that is accordance with those Constitutions is a good place to start.
NJ Constitution - Article I, Paragraph 2.
"a. All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for the protection, security, and benefit of the people, and they have the right at all times to alter or reform the same, whenever the public good may require it.
b. The people reserve unto themselves the power to RECALL after at least one year of service, ANY ELECTED OFFICIAL IN THIS STATE, or representing this State in the United States Congress.
The Legislature shall enact laws to provide for such recall elections. Any such laws shall include a provision that a recall election shall be held upon petition of at least 25% of the registered voters in the electoral district of the official sought to be recalled. If legislation to implement this constitutional amendment is not enacted within one year of the adoption of the amendment, the Secretary of State shall, by regulation, implement the constitutional amendment, except that regulations adopted by the Secretary of State shall be superseded by any subsequent legislation consistent with this constitutional amendment governing recall elections. The sufficiency of any statement of reasons or grounds procedurally required shall be a political rather than a judicial question."
Paragraph 18
"18. The people have the right freely to assemble together, to consult for the common good, to make known their opinions to their representatives, and to petition for redress of grievances."
The Supreme Court has made clear that "to petition for redress of grievances" includes speaking to them in person. (See my earlier post below.)
NJ Const. Article VII - Section 1.
"l. Every State officer, before entering upon the duties of his office, shall take and subscribe an oath or affirmation to support the Constitution of this State and of the United States and to perform the duties of his office faithfully, impartially and justly to the best of his ability."
"4. Any person before or after entering upon the duties of any public office, position or employment in this State may be required to give bond as may be provided by law. "

This site focuses on school board members, but the procedure is the same for all public officials.
Note that filing complaints with the bond holder or insurance company will result in an investigation by the company that inured or bonded the public official, and if found to be valid, can result in their bond or insurance being cancelled. Since all public officials must have a surety bond or insurance policy to hold their position, this could get them removed from office, and may make them unable to run for office in the future.
Notices and Affidavits are effective & affordable tools for holding our public servants accountable to We the People they work for, and the government & their positions in it exist to serve. And a good first step. A copy can be provided to the bond or insurance company.
See my post below for more documentation of our Rights, and the obligation of all public servants to respect & protect our Rights..
Note that the Edison board members appear to have committed 'conspiracy against civil rights', a federal law with severe penalties among other violations of Oath and/or misfeasance & malfeasance in conducting their official duties.
Message to my Emperor Trump: declare martial law and suspend habeas corpus and clean house with mass executions. Amen my brother. Have Musk invent a mass execution process, maybe use the corpses for fertilizer? Figure it out bro.
All races, religions, creeds, economic classes, orientations hate me and I love it because I treat all equal and they don’t want equality but want to get even. Why doesn’t the Black Congressional Congress never offered a bill to make slavery a death sentence. Answer is they like the white trash they sit next to work for their enemies.
He needs to get lawyers take all the names of the board and the police who did this and pull them into court and sue them recall them and fine the police for doing what they did. Once you take money and put people in jail for this it will stop.
Any ideas of a good punishment for Tampon Tim? Maybe stuffing a tampon in his throat in the boys bathroom and then taking his remains to the lady’s bathroom and flushing his remains? I need more ideas.
Fire the whole Board of Edison . Remove every one of them. This is Anti-American, they are a Traitor to this Nation.
The frightening thing is that the police participated in the process, and they looked happy to do so.
Trust me when crap hits the fan cops will not be your friend, they will be like Hitlers brown shirts and will do as their masters tell them. They can't be trusted.
